Booking and appointments

• Submitting the booking form is a request, not a final confirmation; an appointment is confirmed only once the centre contacts you.
• Please arrive ten minutes early to complete reception details.
• Arriving more than fifteen minutes late may require rescheduling, out of respect for other patients' appointments.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please notify us with reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the slot can be offered to another patient.

Fees

Consultation and session fees are presented at the centre and vary with the condition and the number of sessions required. Any prices shown on the site are indicative and subject to change.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter in our forms. Incorrect details may prevent us from reaching you to confirm your appointment.
