3. Appointment booking

• Submitting the booking form is a request for an appointment, not a final confirmation of one.
• An appointment is confirmed only after our team contacts you and confirms it.
• We contact you during official working hours.
• Please provide accurate contact details — if we cannot reach you, the request may be cancelled.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• If you cannot attend, please notify us as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.
• Arriving late may shorten your session in order to protect other patients' appointment times, and may require rescheduling.
• The centre may need to change an appointment for urgent reasons; we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative.

5. Patient responsibilities

To achieve the best possible outcome, we ask you to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information, including medications, chronic conditions and previous operations.
• Tell us immediately about any new symptom or change in your condition during treatment.
• Follow the home exercises and instructions prescribed for you.
• Tell us if you are pregnant or think you may be, as some techniques are not used during pregnancy.

Withholding material medical information can affect the safety and the outcome of your treatment.

6. Intellectual property

All content published on this site — text, articles, images, design and logo — is owned by The Spine Center and protected by intellectual property law. It may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limited quotation for educational or news purposes is permitted, provided the source is clearly credited and linked to the original page.
